iZotope, Inc. does not collect personally identifiable information
except when you specifically provide this information. Upon collection,
this information is used for system administration and record keeping.
iZotope, Inc. uses this information to fulfill your requests for
certain products and services, as well as to contact you about products.
Some iZotope, Inc. downloads or software generate
a Computer ID value during installation. This ID does not
contain any specific information about you or the data on your computer.
In order to measure interest in and use of various
portions of our Web sites, iZotope, Inc. reserves the right to perform
statistical analyses of user behavior. No identification of
any individual will occur as a result from these analyses.
iZotope, Inc. believes that protecting the privacy
of the very young is incredibly important. For that reason, we do
not collect or maintain information at our Web sites from those
we actually know are under 13, and no part of our Web site is structured
to attract anyone under 13.

iZotope, Inc. will not sell or rent any

Disputes

of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim.
